As title, the diff on our mk1 eunos (I believe lsd?) has given up so we need to either replace or rebuild it. It's a real budget project so upgrading it to the Torsen one isn't an option, but given that an untested replacement is about £150 I was wondering whether rebuilding it was an option?

Cheers,

Just get a torsen diff you cant really do much with the vlsd and they are crap even when they do work which many don't.

Alternatively if it's a real budget build and you aren't bothered about ultimate grip just buy a standard diff and put that in - they're cheap as chips and pretty reliable.
HTH.
