Best of all generations IMHO and the PRHT adds a further dimension.

Rust is starting to show in early cars (from 2005 onwards) around rear arches and suspension components but can be saved with treatment and underseal. Certainly nothing serious like the earlier cars.

Regarding rust, check them carefully:

RX-8s of similar vintage are also prone to rot due to paper thin metal used.
