I'll be collecting this on Saturday morning, my first MX5 having owned a string of Japanese cars (2 Impreza wrx, a Legacy twin turbo gt wagon, an S14a 200sx and an MR2 Turbo coupe).
It's an itch I've been wanting to scratch for years and cannot wait to get back into a rwd car
Looks nice. Good spec with the Bose and AC. That's crazy low mileage for an 07 as well. It's an itch I've been wanting to scratch for years and cannot wait to get back into a rwd car
Not sure what your plans are but I can highly recommend swapping out the ARBs for RX8 "yellow dot" ones with a fresh set of drop links. You can pick up the ARBs for less than £50'on eBay and the drop links in these rattle badly when worn. Totally transformed my 2.0 Sport.
They all need lowering as well. Tons of options but I've been dead happy with my eibach lowering springs on the standard dampers. They were a dealer fit option when new and can be got from MX5parts for £150.
If you're down south at all there's a bunch of us meeting up at Skuzzle Motorsport in Winchester for a Rolling Road Day next Saturday. BBQ and everything!
Enjoy the car.

Thanks mate, because of the overall condition of the car and the low mileage I am planning to keep the car as original as possible although I had read that Mazda raised the ride height by 30mm to pass pedestrian safety tests so I already decided I would be fitting some -30mm eibach springs but like you say this car looks like it's been lowered already, hopefully saving me the bother Not sure what your plans are but I can highly recommend swapping out the ARBs for RX8 "yellow dot" ones with a fresh set of drop links. The only other improvement planned is an RX8 wiper stalk with the variable intermittent.
I am on the south coast, actually lived in Winchester most of my life but I'm nearer Portsmouth these days, unfortunately I'm away next weekend so won't be able to make the Skuzzle meet but will be trying to get to a few meets in the future;)

Holy moly! The NC MX-5 has just shot up on my shortlist. That looks stunning. Where did you get the carbon spoiler and front splitter from?
Ha thanks! From www.carbonmiata.comFront splitter was a proper ballache to fit though, not easy at all!
Now remapped and aligned. 180hp makes this seriously good fun!
