Very nice Ricky, very similar to mine, what products did you use when cleaning exterior?
Sorry patch, didn't see your post. I used Autoglym paint renovator. The pictures make it look better than it is, it still has a lot swirls, but has made it more bearable whilst I save for a respray.

I used that on my red MX too. Came out ok but yes your right, your pictures do make the paintwork look great! I have quite a bit of fading on plastics and orange peel on boot. Maybe a respray is the only cure.

My girlfriend and I just bought this nice V-Spec Mk1.

Really nice little car! Would like a boot rack for it though and maybe to change the wheels to standard.

Looks beautiful Shogun... Really smart indeed!
Hows the exhaust?

Haven't changed the exhaust on my Crystal white 3.5 yet, despite changing the exhaust on my mk3. Open to suggestions.

I quite liked your picture with the little house in the back ground so I had to take my own thumbup

New discs, pads, calipers and ARB drop-links all round so I was out to get my moneys worth today.

Well heres my new mx5.

Shes a mk1 1.6 Eunos with no rust and low milage(well for the age anyway)

Not the standard colour but looks ok. wheels are being refurbished at the moment and going to end up Anthracite so should compliment the candy red.

Just lining up for my first Autosolo in it (3rd place in class wernt to shabby)

Just got myself another mx5 so thought I would join up and post some pics. I had a California for a year and loved it. I sold it around a year ago as I no longer needed a car for work. I have changed job and now my drive to work consists of just B roads through the forest so I thought I'd get another! Plans for the new one are to keep it fairly standard (just hard top and OEM splitter to go on).

Here is the old one

and here is the new one

No there the originals that came with the S Special and the RS models.

Make sure you check the offset carefully in that case.

Just got back from a thousand miles round Yorkshire in our recently acquired £1000 Mk1, lots of wet, twisty, single track, 1 in 4 hills with errant sheep...
I might do a full report if I get around to it - in the meantime...

After a couple of days of rain this ford was a bit more of a challenge, probably a foot deeper...

Resting up at Oxnott (?) Beacon.

Outside our accommodation for the week.
