Nice to see an RS which still has its original wheels and seats!

My seats are long gone, still have the wheels though, however it wears Rota RBs now.

@FELIX_5, what header/expansion tank is that? I've been looking for an alloy replacement for the ugly plastic thing in my car for a while now.

Those aren't the originals, they look like Ronal LS which are 15x7 and lower offset than the 15x6.5 BBS RZ standard wheels

That's correct, they're actually 15 x 7.5. I do have the original BBS alloys, but wanted a wider wheel with a deeper dish, so it looks like the original, but improved slightly. (Fills the arches better).

7.5J = Even better! quite fancy some now.

They fill the arches without any of this wheel lip protruding outside of the wheel arch bks.

Yes I always thought the offset of the original BBS's was a bit excessive at 46, particularly as they were only 6 inches wide. The Rotas I have on now are 8 inch with an offset of 30. Fill the arches perfectly and really give the car a 'wheel-at-each-corner' look.

Thought I would share my mk2 1.6. Completely standard, and staying that way.

Quick question Felix - I am looking to fit Ronal LS on my 1991 Eunos. I was going to go for 195/50/15 - what tyre size are you running?

If they are ET20, do you have any clearance issues?

My car is lowered on Koni/Eibach so was slightly worried about arch scrub under heavy load.

Cheers.

I was at Brands on the Saturday and caught a great photo of you running through the gravel at paddock, a very interesting line.

I'm running 195/50/15, I'm on Meister R coilovers (out of the box height) set firmer to avoid such issues (haven't tried them on a softer setting), haven't had any issues so far.

Cool, thanks for replying. I have actually just bitten the bullet and ordered a set of Meisters as part of the Nutz group buy on the go (just can't bond with the Koni/Eibach) so i'll get these fitted before I go for my Ronals so should be fine as well!

Cheers.

After a few months of agonising over my wheels I decided to refurb the original Daisy's. Quite pleased with the outcome. smile

^ ouch! Plenty out there nice and cheap. Picked mine up for under a grand last September. It's since had new suspension, brakes, callipers, roof and exhaust and lots of missing and worn trim and various bits and is now running lovely for summer.
