Finished my gauge/audio panel today.
I CNC cut a fascia panel to hide the mounting screws. I used polycarbonate as that's what I had laying about, so have spent the last few days painting that to get a nice gloss black finish.. today it went on, along with some decals I made up to label the switchgear.
Quite chuffed with how it's turned out.

Did a bit of hillclimbing last month.

Newly purchased. Frankly no 15 year old car has a right to be in this good condition.
60k miles. Cambelt recently done. Sills recently done and waxoyled (really well done too). Alloys just refurbished. Garaged all its life and only used as a hardtop - the hood is mint.
I think I got rather lucky with this one! probably should have done some more research on values beforehand but I'm happy with it!

Went for a drive to the Black Mountains today! What a road!
These pictures would be perfect...if the roof was off! 1) It was wet.
2) The zip is broken on the rear glass window, so it takes forever to put back up.
3) I forgot a hat. I don't look good in this car, even less so with a thick mop of hair flopping around!
Summary = I'm a wimp!
Just picked this up yesterday. First 2 seater and first smaller car appart from brief ownership of an original mini.
Must say these are so fun to drive and all within speed limit. Makes my 330i seem lardy.
Wish i had done it sooner, literally couldn't wipe the smile of my face every time i've drove it.
