Made the decision today to bid a VERY fond farewell to Vicky.
For the last 7 years she has been far the most reliable thing in my life. Never once let me down, got me my current job and has given me so many smiles per mile, I can't count them. But at 15 years old, 104000 miles (70000 of which I put on her.), needing a new roof, a new sill at the next MOT and quite a bit minor paint its time to let her go.
Here is her brief moment of fame, parked with the PH crews cars when I helped out at the MB World Sunday Service.
This week is going to be sad one......
But.....
GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!!!
Her replacement (as yet unnamed!) will be here soon & once I have had it or her 'slightly tweeked', I will be posting pictures.

As promised my new as yet unnamed, O4 Euphonic.
Nice its got my initials on the number plate.
As you can see, I've switched it to clear reflectors and a rubber duck aerial. I would have preferred another colour rather than silver again but its not an issue. Thought I wouldn't be keen on the red leather either but that's really beginning to grow on me. The only thing that does bug me is the tiny, wheeny buttons on the hi-fi. Toads eyesight is not what it was and when you turn it 'off', it just seems to flash random colours at you.
I'm chuffed to bits with it to be honest as it has had one previous owner, FSH with every single bill and garaged all its life so it drives like a new car.
But there is a reason for that.....

This is mine not long after I'd picked it up,
I've not really got any fixed plans for it as yet, bar working my way through the list of jobs that need doing to it due to it not really being used much for a couple of years before I bought it, but it's pretty solid and unmolested so worth it,
What colour is that? It looks great!I've not really got any fixed plans for it as yet, bar working my way through the list of jobs that need doing to it due to it not really being used much for a couple of years before I bought it, but it's pretty solid and unmolested so worth it,
My MX5, wanted one for ages and absolutely love it. It's a 2006 2.0l, with LSD, climate and cloth. Had it a month now. I've had Eibach -30mm springs fitted which have sharpened it up a bit with no adverse effect on the ride at all and looks so much better. Corners brilliantly. It's done 99k miles but you'd never know. It's going to be a fun summer!
Here is my MK1.
Its got an IL motorsport Manifold and catback, HSD Dueltechs, Rota RB wheels with Nankang NS2R tyres and a R Package front lip which lost a fight with a speed bump so is held on by cable ties.
Bought it on Ebay for £400 a few years ago. Needed a bit of welding to the sills but even after that was done it was still fairly cheap.
