and that is, without doubt the best value car that exists today. how you managed to find that for the money you did is simply beyond me.

The car im looking at is 50k plus. is the car 50 times better than yours? i think not.

It's a 92, 58k miles, a/c, pas, elec windows, lsd. Got a tear in the rear screen and needs a new passenger window cable. Didn't pay much over a grand.

Nice one Magic! Mine was more than that but it's an S-Spec which they didn't mention and has a few extra goodies (plus they quoted the mileage in miles and it's in km, so mine's done less than 50k miles!).

They really do have to be one of the best value cars out there at the moment! If you don't need the space there's really no excuse to have anything else! laugh

cen, that looks nice, I think the Mk.3s look infinitely better than Mk.2/2.5s thumbup

I bought it to do a euro road trip then sell on. Knew I liked them as my Mum's had nothing else since the early 90s.

Think I'll keep it until I need the garage space again, I love it.

I think so then, its only a personal choice whilst there are many who love their Mk 2/2.5's The car belongs to the wife and runs very well whilst, the engine does appear to have a little more grunt although nothing compared to the Son's S2000. It seems Mazda like to play safe with the most reliable sports car rather than giving the buyer an option of a quick model to the range. Yes I know there are those who have done it themselves adding a turbo etc but it would be nice if the manufacturer's came up with something. Equally the MR2 roadster (mk.3) why dont they make a quicker model like the Mk.2 turbo?

cheers guys!

theyre Rota Cups (16 x 8) - ive had them on for a few months now and they really suit the car ....... imo

I had the nose de-badged and the plate changed to a Jap offset type at the same time which gives the car a cleaner look

Invo-tec. They told me around 6 weeks at the time, which was fine as they offered me a good deal. Now I'm getting impatient.
