How are you finding the Michelins? I'm getting towards needing some new day to day tyres for my 30AE.

Japan Racing, from Wheelbase. Cant comment on the Michelins just yet as the car has hardly been used lately. But I have them on my FK8 & cant fault them.

Bloody hell that is a proper job. After the apocalypse all that will be left will be the cockroaches, Keith Richard and your MX-5.

Thank you to everyone who said complementary things about my car.

Bought my first MX-5 10 days ago. Blown away by the handling, steering, and sheer good looks. Should have bought one years ago. Roll on the summer as I get to know this awesome machine!

(Photo taken during a quick blat over the South Downs last Sunday.)

Welcome to the club.
A friend had this model NC (Kuoro?) and it was a looker in the flesh.
Snazzier interior too to my then NC2.

Seems I'm a little late to this party; bought his NA last summer to scratch an itch - It's an absolute riot in the wet!

Give those headlamps lids a light lift with your fingers, and close up that panel gap wink

That photo was the day I bought it! Lids still catch on the front rubber seal occasionally… 😧 but thanks for the tip

Nankang NS-2R are 'st old ditchfinders'?
