After several MK1s and a MK2 it was time to try a MK3.

2.0 Sport with LSD, 6 speed, Bilstiens, Bose and AC. Had it two weeks and already had it re-mapped, fitted -30mm lowering springs (not in pics), MX5 parts back box (also not in pics) and induction kit.

Super chuffed with it.

Got my eye on a set of Sparco Assetta Gara wheels, a carbon miata spoiler and all red tinting the rears.

At 14 years old my MX needed a bit of TLC so over the last year , the car has had
New Hood
New sills ( surface rust only bit simpler to replace than rub down and repaint ) big mistake by garage meant I got them done for half price , written estimate said sills , but the garage meant per sill , they had to swallow it
Alloys refurbished ,
Just front fog lights to replace , and that’s it
Maintenance costs over 14 years of ownership
New lambda sensor
New front callipers
Rear spring
Drop link front suspension
ABS sensor (£!!! Ouch )

I know I will never recuperate the outlay , but having owned the car from new , its not about the monetary value of the car , its about the smile and simple pleasure of open top driving every time I go out in it

She mentioned she'd met you just as you left. I shall have wondered over to say hi but some chaps were asking me lots of questions about bits for their MK3.

recently aquired B2 Limited. Tein suspension waiting to go on over xmas and a few other bits to do too, think the wheels will be swapped, will keep the chrome ones for refurb though as about the only special thing on the B2 apart from the seats

PHSS at Goodwood 3 weeks ago. smile

The orange raised engine lid in the background belongs to my friend's LHD Series 1 240Z.
I'm the one on the right of the group in the red jumper and blue/black jacket.
If I had realised that was your MX5 I would have popped over and had a chat.

Our NC was bought at 15 months old, was my wife's daily, but the past year it's been my daily. So I treated it to MeisterR coil-overs, and refurbished the Panik alloys with Halfords anthracite wheel paint.

My 1995 Eunos Roadster that I've had for just over 4 years now! Bought her as she was being broken for parts so wasn't quite complete... She's come a long way since then!

Hi mate.

I have a 94' Mk1 in black also.. but my god, yours is a thing of beauty.

What's the spec, are you still N/A?

If you ever want to sell it.. please give me a shout. Love it!

99% certain it's Satellite Blue, I had a MK1 in the same colour (not as nice as this one though!) Shines purple in the sun!
