Wipers not parking

Dear all,

Picked up the new car today (1991 Eunos) but as is the way I now notice that the wipers aren't parking. What's the solution, a stuck relay somewhere?

You'll find the intermittent function doesn't work either. The relay is a component part of the wiper combination switch and as such not easily replaceable. You'll need the entire wiper/headlight stalk assembly from somewhere like autolink or PH sportscars, HTH

The intermittent feature does work of a sort. Further investigation has revealed that the wiper goes up, starts coming down, stops for a second, goes down, waits a second and then the whole thing starts again. Is this the sort of thing you meant.

I'm worried f it is that as I have an immobiliser fitted on the stalk and I don't like playing with security features; they tend to stop working on me!
