I had the Absolutely Shocks kit from MX5 parts fitted to the car a few weeks back. And last weekend did a trackday.

Things just felt a bit soft. Now the guys at the garage said they had followed the instructions and it was all set up as mx5 parts recommend.

Was it bks. Some of them were on a few clicks and others on nothing. I really should have checked!

Anyway I set it to the 16 front 28 rear as suggested by MX5 parts. And thats REALLY stiff. Probably ok for the track. A quick hunt on the net shows Wheels in Motion suggest "12/15 clicks front, 14/18 rear".

I'll set it to that this afternoon unless theres any more suggestions?

Back from a quick thrash. The WIM settings are FAR FAR better. 28 on the rear is madness for a road setup.

Currently running 14 Clicks Front and 18 Rear.

And I discovered another good driving road. Containing an Exige and an Evo at various times.
