2005 - Ford Escort 1.8 D
2006 - Ford Escort 1.8 TD Estate
2007 - Ford Escort Van
2008 - Ford Escort RS2000
2009 - Ford Focus RS 2003 (270bhp!)

Correct! (though I'm sure I've mentioned it at a few meets so I'd be disappointed if you didn't know that wink)

I never actually took the car to Cox & Buckles but then the ad doesn't claim that I did laugh

2002 Impreza WRX (bugeye) - boring.
1995 Rover 620Ti - amusingly fast.
2004 Honda S2000
1998 Fiesta 1.25

Excellent thread resurrection!

1991 Fiat Uno 45
1992 Vauxhall Nova 1.2i
2007 Fiat Panda 100HP
1976 Land Rover Series 3 88"
1993 Volvo 960 2.9
1995 Eunos Roadster Vspec 1.8
1995 Peugeot 205 1.8D
1994 Eunos Roadster Sspec 1.8
2002 Suzuki Jimny 1.3

Nova cost me £1 with 17k on the clock in 2005
Volvo was ace but a money pit, 200bhp (when new.....) RWD on skinny 15" wheels smile
Landy was brilliant but more impractical than concrete pants. You could unlock and start it with a screwdriver.
1st Eunos is a donor wreck at Autolink
Jimny was a lifesaver in the snow (not literally)
Pug got 55-60mpg!!
Panda did two trackdays and held it's own like a proper Italian should
Uno rusted like only a 80/90s Fiat can

Currently lusting after a nice 90s Lexus LS400 and the Super20 MX5.

Time to make you lot feel old.

Passed in 2011
Vauxhall Corsa 2011-2014
Volkswagen UP! 2014-2015
Mx5 Mk2 1.8 2015-present

Shared the first 2 with parents/siblings so the Mx5 is my first solely owned car, and I love it.

Passed my test in 1996, so my first few cars were my parents':

1996: Nissan Micra 1.0 'Dot' (which had a sunroof)
1998: Dad's BMW E36 318i
1999: Dad's Saab 93 Turbo
2000: Nissan Almera GTi (my first car)
2001: MINI Cooper
2005: Ford Focus Estate (my girlfriend's car)
2006: Mk. IV 1.8t Golf GTi
2007: Mk.V Golf GTi
2009: 987 Porsche Boxster S
2010: VW Scirocco
2011: Porsche Cayman S
2014: VW Golf R
2015: Eunos S-Special 1.8

Golf is about to be replaced with a new Audi A4 Avant, and the Eunos probably gonna be treated to some work, though I'm slightly tempted by an s2 Elise.

I only learned to drive in 1993 (at 29).

Past:
1991 H reg Peugeot 1.1 GL - no power steering, manual choke. Nice car but underpowered whenever there was an upward incline of any gradient.
1998 S reg Hyundai Coupe 2.0. Lovely car, the "all curves" shape. Written off after 7 years of ownership (black ice/ditch at the side of the road).
1999 T reg Honda Civic 1.6 LS - nice enough but lots was going wrong so it had to go after 2 years.
1999 V reg Chevrolet Camaro Z28 - as fast as you would expect. Quite basic but so much fun driving anywhere in it (except perhaps narrow country lanes). T Tops were great but a bit of a faff to take off and store eventually - hence moving on to a convertible (see below).
2006 56 plate Honda Accord 2.2 EX - small luxury barge. Lots of toys, very economical and comfortable. But spares weren't cheap and she was starting to rust (perhaps it was a "Friday afternoon" car).
2011 Mazda 3 2.2 Sport - Not as fast or sporty as I thought it would be. Didn't really feel that well put together. Realising DPFs was an issue with short journeys (ie most of mine during the week), I sold it at a big loss after 7 months and much expense. Not impressed really.

Now:
2007 57 plate Mazda MX5 2.0 Sport - this replaced the Camaro. Lots of fun but not had any time to drive it since before xmas. Suspect the clutch is on the way out which I guess is going to cost a fair bit very shortly... But I love driving on my local country lanes in it. Or just driving anywhere with the roof down. Total convertible convert.

2011 Ford Focus 1.6 Econetic Titanium X. A proper replacement for my Accord. All the toys and very solidly built and decent to drive. I always thought I'd never buy a Ford. But for a regular "sensible stuff" car its brilliant.

2008 - to now Caterham Roadsport
