My experiences so far.........
Well after 5 days of ownership and 150 miles later, I can cenuinely say that these cars are great fun. Effortless to drive and far more comfortable than some reviews would suggest. It's gear change is fine and just like any other car apart from the silly cup holder or what ever it is that keeps opening evry time you rest your arm across it. I have recieved nothing but positive comments and everyone who has seen it, likes it. The only two negatives are firstly, the windscreen has cracked and being replaced on Saturday & secondly the rear spoiler seems to be temperamental and sometimes works and sometimes doesn't! To sum it up, would I recommend these cars to others?
Hell yeah!!!!

Well the guy just turned up to replace the windscreen.......... Only problem is, he is near Alton Towers & I am in Hampshire!!!!!!! The dopey women from the insurance company had given him the wrong postcode even though I had spoken clearly & she repeated it back to me. She didn't even know how to pronounce Chrysler... I await their phone call...

Most probably be the micro swiches on the spoiler I've had to change these before best thing is to get it plugged in at a chrysler dealer

PH Point of Order: these spoilers don't actually do anything...up or down.

Bugger bugger & bugger! My insurance company are insisting I remove the window tints!!! Because Chrysler didn't tint the windows, they are not happy with them.

They're illegal on the screen and side windows anyway - the maximum tint is what manufacturers fit as standard. When I imported a C5 Z06 back in 2004, I ripped off the side tints straight away - pretty dangerous IMO.

Ok I am almost into my third week of ownership & so far so good. Infact it's better than good, it's fantastic. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive & after 500 miles, I can genuinley say that every single mile has been a pleasure! I don't mess about when it comes to cars & I don't leave them sat in garages over the winter as my first Elise can vouch for! 18 months of ownership & 33k & I can't see this Crossfire being any different (apart from less miles). To anyone contemplating buying one, just do it because they are awsome cars. The amount of "good" comments has also continued & I look forward to every single journey & that hasn't happened for some time with my past cars.

There is a crossfire workshop manual PDF available for it as well.
Lady S has always wanted one since we rented one in the States and from my ownership of and SLK32 I know the engine and running gear are bulletproof so maybe she will get one soon.
