Importing my 2012 Camaro to UK: Light conversions

Hi, I'm repatriating back to the UK and looking into importing my 2012 Camaro ZL1. I'd love to drive it on UK roads, assuming the costs of shipping/conversion etc aren't too steep.

So, wondered if anyone out there had recent experience of converting a Camaro - what the best options, recommended companies, and idea of pricing. I've already done a PH search but was hoping for more up-to-date information/conversion options. Does anyone have experience of changing out light units to euro-spec, would this be a better option than modifying US light units?

Lee Allen of LA IVA Services in Southampton does all my stuff.

I get everything shipped to Southampton and give him plenty of notice of arrival so that he can book the test in advance.
He'll collect from the docks, do the conversion and have them passed through IVA within ten days of the boat docking.

Costs me about £1k each time including the test fee.

Thanks Roo, will give him a call. Looking at your business, you're also a good person to ask on recommendations for export/import companies, live in Houston so looking at the Galveston (Houston) to Southampton route? Quite a few out there I guess.

Check out Ship My Car, they're based in Milton Keynes but do the whole works, importing, IVA, MOT and Registering it for a one off fee.
