69 Firebird 400 manual.

Just testing the water. Who would be interested in a 69 Firebird with 400 engine and manual wide ratio Muncie ? Runs, but needs plenty of work. Could be for sale as I'll shortly be losing my storage.

But what kind of work does it need/price?

It was last taxed/mot'd in 98. The engine was rebuilt, mechanically generally pretty good though been stored for years so everything should be checked. Basically sound though bodywise has patches of rust to doors/hood/bit to wings/paint flat. Interior needs sorting, though a very simple interior mainly carpet, retrim seats etc. Stands me in over the years 8k. Thanks.

it really depends on how much and how bad the rust is.
If its got a lot of rot, dont expect to get a fortune for it.

I suppose the honest answer is - yes, you will get loads of interest, but condition and asking price will determine that.

a few photographs and a rough idea of price would probably let you guage interest with a far greater degree of accuracy.
I would be interested myself,but again, it would depend on condition and price as with any car.
