What transmission seals

Hey Guys,
I have a 2000 ford f150 lightning,i need to replace the rear main oil seal and the front and rear gearbox seals,one for the prop and one for the converter. Having phoned john woolfe he needs to know what transmission i have,im pretty sure its a 4r100 but how do i tell? also once i have identified it as a 4r100 theres a choice of two seals,is there a way of identifying which one it is without taking it apart first?? Also i cant use my chassis number because the chassis is off a normal f150 and the running gear,engine ect is off a lightning,,,
