Did you know some of the engineering work was done here in the UK?

I met Steve Saleen (just the once, briefly) and a guy called Billy who was assisting him. One of the early development cars was called Christine because it kept doing unexpected things and having inexplicable gremlins.

The road car interior was partially inspired by the 2000 Alfa GTV.
