Hi folks, I'm hoping someone can recognise these two nice people and / or their stunner of a Camaro z28 (I'm the guy in the badly fitting chequed shirt);

Back on Sat 9th July at JapShow 2016 whilst queuing to run down the strip at Santa Pod, this gentleman and woman's Camaro was experiencing a couple of issues and needed something tightening up under the bonnet (alternator I think they said it was) to get the car down the strip.

They came across as friendly and sincere, and rather than just leaving a fellow PH stranded, I lent them my spanking new Stanley toolkit (with a couple of new spark plug socket bits floating inside, newish socket extension bar and an old set of pliers). They told me they were in a camper near the end of the strip and I could get my toolkit after my run. I ran down the strip, queued back up thinking "I've got more time for one more run" and whilst queued up, saw their Camaro on a flatbed leaving the paddock.

I was hoping they may have handed it in someplace but I checked the gift shop, strip sign-on booth, garage / marshalls at the start of the strip where I left them, even the site entrance desk.

I don't think there was any negativity surrounding them leaving with my toolkit, probably more likely they just forgot or didn't know how to contact me, but now I really need it back and I'm praying someone here recognises them and can contact them to get in touch please?

Thanks in advance bow

Looks like a Firebird or Trans Am, 1967, as it has quarter lights (I'm sad I know), rather than a Camaro.

Could be worth asking on http://www.rodsnsods.co.uk/forum/

Good luck!
