Don't get me started again!
Well, it arrived and sadly it's going straight back to the seller as it's not as described. The Sinn tool is snapped and the crystal has marks all over the external AR coating which would drive me mad. It's a real shame as it's a fantastic watch, and very light because of the Ti. A real shame as I don't think I'd be prepared to pay the full price for this model so doubt I'll own it again.
The PRS-18A however is lovely.

Before you return, what does it owe you? MAy be one or two here willing to put up with the imperfections...Well, it arrived and sadly it's going straight back to the seller as it's not as described. It owes me £1200 and was bought from Chronomaster 5/8/2010 so still in warranty.
to list the imperfections it has a scuff on the bezel at 30 which covers approx 8 mins, light marks to the clasp/bracelet (which are also Ti) from daily use, marks to the external AR coating and the strap changing tool has the screwdriver end snapped off, a £38 replacement. I enquired with Sinn on a new Ti bezel and it is 100 euro's if it really bothered you.
If anyone is interested get in touch and I'll sort pics as the seller has asked me to not post till tomorrow even though I can post it out today.
Matt.

Matt.
After a few years of inactivity the watch bug has struck me again. I had been happy with my Tissot daily watch but don't wear it for work as it would last about 5 minutes in the environments I'm in so started looking for a cheap watch to get bashed about.
Ordered one of these for workshop/building site work:
However, whilst on eBay the inevitable happened and I started perusing other trinkets for sale. The idea of getting a cheap vintage watch appealed and I ended up buying this for next to no money from India, god knows if it'll get here and what state it'll be in but I thought it might be worth a punt.
I also got looking at the Parnis watches after seeing one posted here and being surprised how good it looked. Might treat myself to one of those next week...

Well both of these arrived a couple of weeks ago, but with holiday's etc. I've only just got round to taking pics - quick & dirty pics at that.
^^Very nice. Got to be one of my all time favourite watches, would love to get hold of one someday.

Good point about the adaptors, hadn't thought about the colour match issue. Looks great, if you do get a chance to do a comparison shot with a monster that would be appreciated.
Well it arrived today Woo Hoo!!! but I won't get it on my wrist for a few weeks as it's actually a birthday present from my folks. So tonight I will get a quick look to check its all ok then it goes to thier house If I get time I will snap a couple of phone pictures later and post them up
ps. There is a video comparison on youtube I think?
