Just had time to take a few shots I really like the complex dial design Brushed /polished case adds interest I'm not a fan of onion crowns, but at least this one's quite small Case back's not bad either Pretty please with this so far, which is just as well - it's defo a keeper given the circumstances of it's purchase.

Agreed, cracking looking watch.
Unusual too, doubt you'll ever be in a room with someone else wearing one!

I have very mixed feelings about this, but it was very, very, cheap. It has a Unitas 6497, with a display back, 500m wr, rotating disk display and steel and titanium construction. That they left the unidirectional bezel on a watch with no hands is going to send my ocd into overdrive. It's a big thing, 50mm+ Without crown, 60 with. Fun thing for summer, and as I said, very, very, cheap.

@Andy: Very nice! I'm liking the 3D dial, what with the hour hand passing underneath the seconds counter ... @JAYB:

Jayb, I love how you always manage to come up with, err, some of the more esoteric pieces

It has arrived. It is bloody huge.
Tried it and felt like a 5 year old putting on Dad's watch.
Does seem very well put together and was very nicely packaged.
Significantly better than expected for the price of a couple of Parnis's. (Parnii?)

That looks lovely Andy. It looks like it's made by Meccaniche Veloci. There was a similar one, but black PVD with a green dial on TZ recently. I loved the design of that one, but wasn't sold on the green. Yours is absolutely spot on!

andy tims said: Took the wife to Rome last week for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and came across Bedetti who specialise in new & vintage Rolex + carry several other high end brands. Congratulations Andy, it makes a refreshing change to see/here/read of a marriage lasting 25 years, rather than the normal divorce/CSA stories. I hope I can follow suit. I would like to see your new present pictured at 5 to 10 and 25 to 8. Enjoy.

Cheers No problems with seeing the minute hand, but hour hand visiblity certainly not the greatest around 8:00 or 10:00 LukeBird said: Revs_Addiction said: It looks like it's made by Meccaniche Veloci.
