Not as rare or unique as many shown on here but very special to me is my 42mm cased Omega Planet Ocean, I decided to go for black face/bezel as I felt it would be a little more timeless than the orange;

Ron, I forgot to mention in the other thread that, while I criticised the price, I do like the bronze finish on the watch you bought.

It was just one of those watches I had to buy. I have an ever increasing gallery on my phone of all the watches I'd like in my collection, that was one of them. I hope it looks and feels good in the flesh.

This is a nice bit of Pistonheads that I've not really looked around before - I'm a bit of a watch fan! I've recently bought one of these, a Nomos Club Datum. This is not my picture but mine is exactly the same.  Nomos are a very interesting brand, well worth a read of their website.

Does the smart/casual thing very well, that's a fine looking piece and to know that they're home grown movements adds a lot. Great choice, and not something you're likely to see in the wild too often  Wrist shots please when it turns up!

Well I've been lurking in this forum for a bit...I like simple/plain watches - been looking at the Uno/Botta, the Meistersingers and also some of Yokobies mod's (very different prices!! edited to say - the Nomos are really nice as well - I'd get the Club Datum Dunkel in a shot if I could afford it! Anyway have just ordered a Sinn "inspired" Seiko 5 mod...like the picture below but based on the SNKH63J which is slightly larger.... All based on pictures off t'internet - hope it looks good in real life!!  Very excited - haven't had a watch for probably 15 years!!
