My work watch currently is in a steel reaclet and needs to be replaced with something comfier, so obviously I'm going to go for a NATO after hearing so many people say how comfy they are. But there's just too much choice, so would like to see what other people are wearing to help me decide.

Comfier still (imo) is the gasgasbones velcro -

Its a watch strap style.

It's the name of the design of the strap (NATO G10 is the specification, I think) - it's designed so that if a spring bar breaks (they can) then you don't lose the watch as the strap goes through both bars.
