I seriously like those, will have to scratch that itch at some point. Two of them recently came up on TZ and sold quick as a flash, is this one of them?
T'was on Ebay - there are a few on there most times - usually 5 or so.Edited by CardShark on Friday 20th January 12:15

Trying to guess, but what are the 18k and 750 referring to?
It's the Hallmark.18k Gold is 3/4 pure Gold (or 750/1000 as per the '750' mark). 24k Gold is pure Gold, but is too soft for jewellery, hence it is used in an alloy.
ETA As an addition, the watch is White Gold, it just looks like Stainless Steel. As far as I'm aware RM only make watches in precious metals.

Don't A Lange & Sohn make all their cases from precious metals? Or are you referring to the entire watch?
