And don't whatever you do, when failing to find anything interesting from your own year of birth, start looking at your wife's YoB instead .... costly and I didn't even get a watch for myself!! irked
Same YoB for me. They didn't have anything she'd like. Phew.

Well it arrived today. Very nice and super lume, light solid weight. My first 7750 movement watch. Interesting case shapes to look at side on.

Lovely!
Is that the one that sold recently on TZ?
I do really rather fancy a GS at some point, and that GMT is going to be high on the list, it's gorgeous.
Thanks. No, not been on TZ for yonks, took a gamble with shady ebay around last Christmas time.

Haven't had this one out of the box for a while.

I should wear it more often; it's a great watch.

This is my first foray in to this section thanks to my watch fiend of a bf.

It isnt fancy and it isnt hyper expensive but this little Longines "La Grande Classique" means a lot to me. It used to belong to my late mother and as someone who generally dislikes women's watches, I rather like this one smile

A few weeks ago I bought a Helson Stingray bronze, nice green dial, 47mm diameter, it looked like this............

After a few weeks and a bit of artificial ageing, it now looks like this...............

Thank good you can't access TZ-UK sales anymore.
I have an itch for a Sinn Rubber strapped number. Don't need, but feeling stupidly frivalous to buy one right now !
