Hi

Im looking at these:

http://www.nitewatches.co.uk/shop/mx10/

Anyone got any experience with these? Ive got a bit of a thing for tritium in watches.

They appear to be very durable and look like they will make a good day to day watch.

Have a look at traser instead, better quality

ETA - I might be getting Nite mixed up with someone else, but traser are swiss made.

Ive looked at traser too. They are also pretty nice. Although a lot are a bit big for my skinny wrists. This one is i think 38mm

This Traser is 37mm: http://www.traserwatches.co.uk/index.php?option=wa...

Just a heads up! smile I don't have any experience with Nite watches though ... If you increase your budget a little more, check out Ball for some epic tritium watches!

I recently bought a Marathon CSAR. Most of their watches are Tritium. CSAR might be a bit of a stretch budget wise, but the others might be interest.

All I can say about the CSAR is its truly a great watch. build quality is exceptional and for me the design is perfect.

Well, willpower fail. I went ahead and bought the watch in my original post anyway biggrin It also has a swiss movement like the traser but its made in the UK. Looking through their range they have some really nice watches!

This arrived today. Its i'm massively impressed with it. It feels really solid, looks good on (in my opinion. Really happy with it.

Heres a pic of it on (iphone pic)

I will try to get one of it in the dark later. Ive been wearing a Seiko diver as my every day watch but I think I will be wearing this from now on smile

Its nice to buy British as well (as long as the important bits are made elsewhere tongue out)

How are you getting on with this watch? I am interested in that exact same model myself.

Is it big and bulky? (I have skinny wrists and prefer understated styles...a rather girly 35mm is my ideal really).

I've got this one:

I really like it, it's pretty big but light which makes it very comfortable. I've had it for 18 months and it seems to standing up to use really well. The clicks of the bezel feel good quality.

The lume is good, maybe not the brightest of bright but the tritium tubes do look good.

All in all I like it and is often my choice when I'm searching for which watch to wear each morning.

I paid £250 for mine but I see it's £300 now. It's quite expensive for what it is I suppose...

I have a Traser different brand similar look/idea, it looks like they put a filter on the tubes on the NITE's, my traser is bright enough to map read with at night. and the tubes look like tubes.

They always have a stock of used and ex demos at good prices, phone or email them for a list.
I got my mx10 used and it was as good as new, nice size as have thin wrists.
The tubes do look like tubes on the mx10.
