Good evening chaps. A bit of advice if possible. I purchased a Omega Apollo 11 35th anniversary watch 4 years ago from the original owner. It is worn only occassionally and is left to run down till I wind it up when it comes out of its box. My questions are

Is this the best way to treat it?
When and who is best to service it.
Current value?
The last question is for insurance only as it took me 2 years to find one. At the moment it is not as a specified item on the insurance and the dreaded eBay prices may be wishful thinking.
