It's likely to be genuine ETA but the 6489 is obsolete in their catalogues so hard to be sure. Unitas 6498.1 (basically the same movement, seems to be what they're using) costs close to the total price of that watch bought singly in the UK (£222 cost price) Personally, I'd be very wary of a "handmade" watch in that sort of style because that crown is just begging to get snapped off at the base of the crown, leaving you with a watch that you're reliant on a "handmade" US-based supplier to get working again without changing the look
