It can happen if it's been magnetised or had a hefty knock.I hope people don't mind me asking here but I didn't want to create another discount question post, I'll delete my post if required.
I've been wanting a spb381 and I spotted it earlier last year for around £1,100 on sale, I'm in a position where I can afford to buy one now for that price but for the past few months I've only seen them at RRP of £1400 or just under at £1,329.
If I was to contact the online shop that sold it for £1,100 what's the likelihood they would be able to match the sale price again?.

Its a 35th birthday present to myself with some help from parents and my other half. I was originally going to get the Solar GMT Sumo Seascape but fell in love with the SPB381 and ended up with quite some budget creep...
Having convinced myself over the last few weeks of wearing a 40mm watch that my SPB077 is just too large (particularly on the otherwise excellent bracelet), I made the mistake of putting it back on the Crafter Blue rubber (intended for the MM300 but fits these MM200 too), taking some beauty shots and trying it on again. It may need to stay, dammit. I really do wish Seiko would something similar these in a 40-41mm case (and not charge £££ as they seem to increasingly do).

I've got the Dark green/gold one and the one the same as yours with the blue bezel. I've always thought they wear smaller than their size.eccles said:

Ah they definitely don't wear like "44mm" thanks to the case shape and the bezel being more like 42mm. But the L2L is pretty long. It's wearable, definitely (even on my slim wrists) - I think it's more of a contrast issue, where I've been wearing a smaller watch for a bit.
