Do you know the model number? I like that.
I'll have a look for you. It looks just as good as the pic on the wrsit. Cracking watch for the money

Don't have any photos of this, so shamelessly borrowed from here http://watch-tanaka.sub.jp/seiko/SBCM023/.

Something a bit different. T-shirt ( never worn, just thought it would be a nice addition to the collection ) and a rare seiko stopwatch.

Thank God digital watches never really took over the way it looked like they might at want point.

Kind of reminds me of the horror that were rear-entry ski boots! smile

Thanks, although I can't take credit for coming up with this particular look – it's broadly similar to another modded SKX that's been doing the rounds on various watch forums recently.

You can get the parts from various sources, but the combination I chose (for price and/or appearance reasons) was:

Dial: www.chronograph.com
Hands: www.motorcitywatchworks.com
Sapphire & bezel insert: www.yobokies.com
Chapter ring: www.10watches.com
Bracelet: either eBay or www.tungchoy.com (can't remember which)

Recently bought this (apologies for the crummy iphone picture):

It's a SNZF17J1, apparently a replacement for the SKX031, has a 7S36 movement and is my first "Made in Japan" Seiko!
Snap - enjoying it?
