I have an incoming SK007 from Creation. Can anyone recommend somewhere to get a decent leather strap? (brown or black)

Want it to look something like this:

Seiko Pilot Today

Hi Seiko fans.

I have the above watch but with a dead battery. Can any watch shop replace it or should I use a specialist? I'm based in the West Midlands.

That looks very similar to a Hirsch Liberty strap - I got one recently from here:

See also, which I got a while back:

Although of the two, I much prefer the Hirsch

It's not the same strap as on the watch in the photo however a Hirsch Liberty is very simular and of a decent quality.

Edit - beaten to it!

New arrival from Creation Watches - SNZF17K1 - 89 quid - Job's a good'un smile

I really like that, so I looked at it on the day, pondered it, went back next day, nearly bought it and somehow managed to order an Orient Ray instead laugh Thing is, I reckon it's a bit too similar under the skin to my SNZH53 (not my pic below). Cheap enough to buy the SZZF17 as well in future, anyway smile

I have both the above, for the price Creation sell them at it's a no brainer - great watches.

I have to ask: are they as similar as I feared, then? Obviously they look quite different, but feel on the wrist, shape, weight etc?

Internally identical, same size/weight, the bracelets are almost identical, however they obviously look different, I just like the look of both them and seeing as you can have the pair for under £200 they're amazing value. The black dial one looks great on a black leather/white stitching strap too.

Tempting, but then so is the solar diver which was posted a couple of pages back. Think the combo of the SNZH53 and the Ray will probably make the SNZF17 superfluous in my collection. But that doesn't mean I won't get one laugh

Seiko open heart today. A real beauty and built to last. 24 jewelled movement and 40+ hours off the wrist. The picture doesn't show the amazing sunburst dial these watched have but in the right light its dazzling.

Must have bought ours around the same time - mine's currently on a Jubilee strap while I wait for the shark mesh and oyster bracelets to arrive from wjean.

Have now decided on the mods too - set of 'owl eye' hands and a second hand with red on it (haven't chosen that one yet), and maybe a red bezel insert.

I keep seeing these. I feel this will be my next watch purchase.

For something so reasonably priced it looks fantastic and completely belies it's price tag.

Sounds good, look forward to seeing the mods. Red bezel sounds good.
