Seiko Kinetic today. Lovely green dial on this model. Really iridescent almost drangonfly green in the sun. Gold hands and markers work well with the green. One of my favourites.

I don't know if Creation track what I've been looking at but they sent me a promotional e-mail this morning about this very watch. Slightly cheaper now at £87 (that looks more like exchange rate variations than a discount), and the SALE7 code doesn't do anything, so though my wallet is twitching I shall try to resist a little longer...

Seiko Sportura today. Rose gold with black detailing and a leather strap which is really high quality. Seiko really went to town with this watch. They even plated the back and gave it a brushed effect. I'm a big seiko fan and a little biased but it really believe that nobody does gold like they do.

Solar chrono diver on a nylon strap. I've also brushed the polished case sides. It's pretty chunky (43 x 14.5 mm) but with the nylon strap has a very 'tool' look.

My younger brother would like one of those, when compared to a Monster is this a little less chunky on the wrist?

Also, Seiko n00b quesiton, the difference in the 'J' and 'K' in models is the country of manufacture correct? With J being Japan if so?

This arrived this morning, a yellow frankenmonster. Love it but already am thinking I should have not dipped into my watch grail fund for a temporary daily wearer. So it may be moved on before it even gets worn. Lovely watch though, has some serious heft to it and bracelet is nice and weighty.

On a Hirsch Rallye. Apparently being worn by a gorilla.

What is it?
How much?
Where do I buy it?

I really want to know.

EDIT
I have since answered my own question.

Seiko open heart today. A real beauty and built to last. 24 jewelled movement and 40+ hours off the wrist. The picture doesn't show the amazing sunburst dial these watched have but in the right light its dazzling.
like this...what model is it?

There was one of these on TZ recently, I considered it when it reached its eventual asking price to run alongside my SBGA003.

Lovely thumbup
