This is mine I hear it's from about 93, but it's all working. I need to find some instructions for it,
It's the same movement as the one I've had since 1994. Google 7T32 instructions and you will find loads of information. I still have the original box and booklet for mine. smile

Somewhere in the instructions it should tell you how to re-align the sweeping seconds hand, and the stopwatch minutes hand. I noticed yours are a bit out-of-line, but dead easy to line up with the correct button-presses.

Monster Mk2, picked it up when I was in Japan a few weeks ago for around £160. Had to buy it from Amazon.jp as they are really difficult to find in the shops, and they don't sell the orange one there, so it was a 'reimport'.

What's all this? No Velaturas??

Bought this back in 2006 I bought this with my first annual bonus at work (not a banker, company policy at the time)

Seiko Velatura Kinetic Direct Drive SRH005P1

Second was a gift from my then girlfriend, now wife, "just because" - She has excellent taste in watches I might add...

Finally, I've been waiting for one of these to pop up at the right price for a long time:

Seiko Velatura Yachting Timer SPC049P1

Sorry for the stock images, only have a picture of #2...

Picked this one up on the weekend. Its a big chunk of stainless steel with a bracelet design I haven't seen on any other Seiko chrono.

Best of all it cost me 99 quid. Absolute steal at that price.
Sheesh? eBay? That's a steal!

I used to have one just like that.....Now it looks a bit more battered after a few years daily wearing in an engineering environment!

Gen2 looks like the one to have, small detail improvements, better movement and does the hacking so can be set accurately fastaer

I actually prefer the dial and hands from the Gen 1, but the movement from the Gen 2 - so a quick transplant later:

Not sure if it matters to you but those are all 'K' variants (made in Singapore/ Malaysia I think?) rather than 'J' (made in Japan). Probably no actual difference between them but if you're buying it as a collectable it's something to keep in mind maybe.
