The UX is a oil filled watch which means the case can go down to 12kms pretty hard core and because of the oil
The dial can be viewed from almost any angle as you can see in the pictures below
I'm having converted to a GSG9 so that means a new dial and hand set and the crown moved to 10 o'clock
I love the clean dial here is a photo next to its big brother the U2 I have
Just have to wait 8 or 10 weeks to get it back from Sinn from now

My company is generous enough to hand out these as 10 year service awards, this is mine:
Replaces my 16yo Seiko (bought in Singapore) which has recently given up the ghost. The Seiko is a chronograph with a cream face, forget the model number but never seen another one like it. The Rolex has sparked an interest in watches I have to say!

A Sinn UX just got it but had to be sent to Sinn for a oil and battery change and I'm having Sinn
Mod it to the GSG9 model hope to get it back sometime in Jan
I've recently sold my GSG9 version, brilliant watch however it just wasn't being worn. Mod it to the GSG9 model hope to get it back sometime in Jan
Interested to hear about how they'll do the mod. I presume that they'll replace the dial 180deg around so that the crown will be top left and not bottom right, if the dial feet will allow that. If you have the SUG (the case manufacturer) marking between the 6 o'clock lugs they'll end up at 12, not that it really matters.

I sold the UX some 6 years ago (the MK1) when I was working in Germany to a guy from Finland I worked with Interested to hear about how they'll do the mod. Now Ive just started working in Czech Republic the same guy is here and so I offered to swap an old Oris F1 for
The UX as I always regulated selling the watch and he went for it
He has new bracelet for it which should be here in the next week or 2 saying The watch is at Sinn for a new
Battery and I asked them about converting it to a GSG9 and they said its €40 for the Dial €37 for the new hand set
I'm a bit of a Sinn fan i've been on the factory tour and already have a EZM2 GSG9 , EZM1 Le , U2 black , EZM13

Youll give up the ghost before that Rolex does. The new ones feel as though they are hewn from steel. Infact hang on...Replaces my 16yo Seiko (bought in Singapore) which has recently given up the ghost. Our company gave out these horrible gold Longines watches at 10 years service, i took it straight back and exchanged for an equivalent Brietling, sold that to a mate, then worked my way up buying and selling watches until i got my Seadweller. We are lucky enough to get a long service award every 5 years, so at 15 years i purchased the Rolex seadweller with 15 year money and exchanging the Zenith El primero i had at the time, from memory it was £2400 and they are a lot more now!

Thanks! Been looking forward to this for a while now. They handed out eight Rolexes (Rolei?) a week past Saturday. Six Submariners and two ladies equivalents (not sure of the models per se).downthepub said:

…despite promising myself not to buy any more novelty watches.
Know what? I really like it, and it also appears to be really rather well made.
