I'm wearing mine today, first time in a while, would be interested to hear your thoughts on it. I get a lot of enjoyment from mine but now and again I think that it could do with being a mil or two smaller, not that it's a big watch but more because I think the style suits a smaller diameter.
Interesting; I expect mine will be with me next Tuesday now so will have a wear and snap a couple of shots. Meanwhile... Some 47mm hilarity with the Maranez Bangla!

Saw this in a local shop, and had to get it.

The black dialled one will be going back...luckily I've not worn it other than a brief try on and photo!

Provided I've not been scammed by a private seller on Chrono24, this should be here some time next week. One of Sinn's simplest and finest IMHO…

I've just got one of those as well - beautiful, beautiful watch. A piece of engineering.

My Offshore Field Engineer has been built and is on a brown leather Hirsch strap with black buckle, with that strap it's the only one like it in the world (quite nice to be able to say).

I did have a bit of an 'am i sure' moment when transferring the money - second most expensive thing i've ever bought!

Arriving Saturday. Excited.

After many years of Rolex & Breitling, I picked this up on Saturday after 2 hours at Berry's in Leeds - Thank you Simon (and your Dad) for taking so much time and running between shops to find something suitable!

Sorry in advance for the rubbish photo....

I got this a couple of weeks ago:

Treated myself to this too yesterday:

Bit of a step up from my Jorg Gray and Seiko titanium. This is looking like it might become addictive!

Yeah, in a few months time, you'll be looking at what furniture you REALLY need and telling the other half you could sell all your watches tomorrow if you had to biggrin

Wouldnt worry about it the quality of it is excellent and glad I bought one and ordered another... It will be a hard choice to decide if I wear the planet ocean or the OFE.

Just collected this...

1675 GMT Master from 1971. Wanted 1970 for my birth year, but figured this was close enough given it's condition and that it still has Rolex service guarantee until March 2015.

Was worried it might look too small, as I'm used to a larger watch (Bremont MBII) but think it looks OK now I've gotten used to it a bit.

A sensible buy I think with the service papers.

Strange thing birth-year Rolex, not sure where the fashion for it came from or why. Then suddenly you get one and it all makes sense, they feel and look so good and it's nice to know you have an appreciating asset for a change!

My 1665 doesn't have a quickset date either, it's slightly annoying but not the end of the world smile

Very nice! Saw Magnum PI today and he was wearing his. I called for one earlier in the week I saw advertised but it had gone. Will go for a II though.

This arrived on Saturday; my 21st birthday present to myself. Offshore Field Engineer #056

It's on a Hirsch Terra strap.

They are normally on a curved end strap which helps to disguise their bulk a bit, it's by no means a light and dainty watch but that's not what I was after!

That Field Engineer looks great. Really admire what Lorne has done - great design, great engineering and really good value.

Oh ffs: https://www.groupon.co.uk/deals/special/gg-photodi...

My new self-imposed "one in, one out" rule means I need to sell something. It's going to be a hard decision...
