Oooh......get him and his man jewellery!
Really like that one, so congrats on bucking the norm of mainstream monotony.

Just picked up one of these - Traser P6508 Shadow.

Going to be a general knock-about watch.

Well, I made a rookie mistake in not doing my homework properly. I'd been looking at the Traser range and everything I looked at had at least a water resistance rating of 200m so I assumed that was their minimum. Wrong - the watch above only has a splash rating of 30m and I don't want a watch that I have to keep taking off when I have a shower, go for a swim etc... So I went back and swapped it out for it's bigger brother on a NATO Strap.

The lume on these things is mega! So, so easy to read at night. Even when the light just drops a bit.

Very happy with the watch, feels so comfortable on my wrist. I have a package from Bremont to pick up when I get home, my COSC documents and a "gift" apparently..............guess I'll find out what later biggrin

Thanks Yeti. What day are you going to QP? I'll be there on the Friday when Giles from Schofield will be doing a talk in the afternoon. They're also launching their new model there which looks interesting based on the bits of it I saw when I visited them.

Nice, like the MBIII - just wish it had an independent GMT hand. My COSC certificate came with a Bremont cap. Wonder if I'll get anything when my MBII comes back from repair - apart from the bill frown

Back into a Panerai, very happy with this PAM312. Added a sand leather strap from Rich at Toshi-Straps - great addition to my eye.

It may be down to the way it's shot but in that photo the Panerai looks bigger than your wrist - is it comfortable ?

In reality probably a bit of both!! wink

Square on it is definitely on the big side but my wrist is wider each side, honest!! I couldn't photo the watch without the lights reflecting unless tilted.

PMSL rofl

My MB III has the orange body and is currently on it's black rubber strap. I'll post another picture when I put it on it's black leather strap with the white stitching.

My gift was a rather nice luggage tag in light brown soft leather. Nothing too special but it is nice to the touch and has the Bremont name embossed into it.

On the subject of straps I think I'll be buying a few..........especially as Samantha in the Royal Exchange Boutique is a bit of a sort yum
