Latest re-build of my watch, now sporting the dial I have just ordered for the Field Engineer-OO version, due out in March. This watch building hobby has turned out to be slightly more expensive than offshore powerboating!
Edit: Once I get the dials made and in stock I will be offering an upgrade service for all Field Engineer owners. Darius over at the Ealing watch gallery is now my chief watch assembler and we've equipped him with everything he needs to modify the ETA 7750 movement, build the Field Engineer, adjust the timing and pressure test each watch.

We're quiet as well... The axeman might be coming!
I'll see if they need anyone on our FPSO in Ghana if you like?
We've got another FLNG project coming in... Apparently! Doesn't mean they won't do the engineering in Houston though, where all our management are moving to...I'll see if they need anyone on our FPSO in Ghana if you like?

Nicest version yet Lorne, love the day and date presentation.
What's gone wrong with the quoting?Nicest version yet Lorne, love the day and date presentation.
Anyway... now I've proven my skills... got any jobs?
Things are looking dicey for us at the moment but you know how quickly things can change!
Noticed the king of Saudi died yesterday and instead of thinking 'poor guy' my first reaction was to see if the oil price reacted.

We got a 15% hair cut this week, so everyone is waiting to see who's going to be the first to play Poker and ask for it back or they leave.

I've just been told - no haircut, new work coming in and promotion...Noticed the king of Saudi died yesterday and instead of thinking 'poor guy' my first reaction was to see if the oil price reacted.
I believe one of those 3. Which one though, I am not sure... Will find out next week.
I thought the same thing about the King of SA, this morning - I've been dumanised by the black gold!
Anyway... Back to watches! I'm liking the updates to your watches Lorne - Was never a fan before but these subtle improvements are growing on me.
