Picked up this recently (brand new, unworn). Having looked at them on and off for over 3 years, I finally pulled the pin and picked up one of the earlier editions (ETA movement, no ugly riveted bracelet).
Pretty pleased with it. It doesn't have the quality feel of my Rolex Sub ND or Explorer II, but then again from a price point, the Tudor is great.
At the price you can pick these up for nearly new/used unworn there's a lot to like about them, not least the way they look. Pretty pleased with it. It doesn't have the quality feel of my Rolex Sub ND or Explorer II, but then again from a price point, the Tudor is great.
^^^ really like that Andy, I think that the older Aquatimers are so much better than their more recent equivalents.
Just done a deal for both(!) of these, Sinn's Mocha 556i and Damasko's DA44 on the in-house bracelet. It was the dial on the Sinn with its applied markers, no date, minimal script and the colour that caught my attention and I've wanted to try Damasko's bracelet ever since they launched it.
Seller's pics for now.
My 4th Sinn and 3rd Damasko.

Liking that! I'm looking out for a Sinn 556i at the moment. Damasko fan as well, currently own a DA36.
If you can ignore the "your call is important to us" hold music this short video shows the watch off well. The 556/i is a bit of a classic, I prefer the "i" variant myself though it's a close call.https://youtu.be/ZSxsM8O-awk

I can't figure out how these larger oysters, particularly the ones with fluted bezels look so wrong in pictures but so good in the flesh. Must be being used to seeing the older style more often I suppose? Really nice colour scheme that one too.LaurasOtherHalf said:
