Nice. Jumbo?

My next purchase is hopefully the 5980 yes
Yep, it's a 5711. I tried on the 5980 and thought it was great, it's a lot chunkier than the rather delicate 5711 but there was something about the classic three hander which meant I had to have it.

You'll love the 5980.

Thanks, hope so.

A few pieces will have to go for it; Royal Oak Offshore white dial, Breguet Type XXI, PO Seamaster Chronograph Ti/Liquidmetal. Big trades... any takers?

Interesting... First picture I've seen of the Daytona that has made me miss mine! Great shots smile
Me too!

But on the plus side, in Vienna this weekend my fiancee and I spotted a Tudor Black Bay in Bucherer on Stephansplatz (well, when we say we spotted it, I mean that I dragged her into the shop to see it) and she declared that she loves it, and said that if I haven't bought myself one by my next birthday, she will be buying me one biggrin

Not everyone's cup of tea but I love it. It's the tissot moto gp the race (most recent one)

Comes in an epic box which is a replica helmet.

Today's watch is the Citizen Eco Drive which has been the best ownership experience of any watch I've ever owned. It is absolutely consistent in its time keeping and requires basically no maintenance. I've had for 4 years 2 of which it was lost behind a cupboard and completely neglected. When I found it it, it was keeping perfect time. I paid £600 for it and it shames more expensive watches.
busy busy!
"Today's " watch because I had just found it after a 2 year holiday, jeez you're quick to jump

What a beauty. I'm thinking about flipping my Master Control Date for a reverso with a nice complication.

Lovely! A Cape Cod polishing cloth would bring that up a treat.

I love lumed bezels; I do wonder why more divers don't have them? My Fifty Fathoms has lume incorporated into the sapphlex bezel but it's the only time I have seen it. Love it!

my comment was referring to the amount of detail on the face of those Citizens, it's mental.

Ball Deepquest has it, so too do the Grand Seiko's with sapphire bezel (SBGE001).
