A late 1960s Seamaster that has taken 3 months to get serviced. Not many parts available was the reason. I'm a happy bunny now though biggrin

Are silver dials becoming more popular than black ones?

Thanks guys smile

I've wanted a tri colour El Primero ever since I saw one, love them. Saw this one for sale, dithered for ages as it's a significant chunk of money for me, travelled to Bicester Village to try one on, loved it in the flesh and happily the one for sale was still for sale. (just - someone else said they'd have it about an hour after I did and wants first dibs if I ever sell it)

Beautiful! I had zero interest when mine was for sale on here but then I don't take good pictures!

Some downright naff-ness and cheese, but pretty cool nonetheless! Arrived this morning:

And beside a proper watch (I'd have put it beside my RM edition Bremont but that's at home):

I enjoyed your post so much, I bought a Citizen!

https://www.firstclasswatches.co.uk/citizen-radio-...

Arrives tomorrow. I somehow doubt I'll wear it, but I liked the look of it and thought it would be a good one to travel with as I don't like taking expensive watches when I leave the country.

I've decided that's the design I'm going to get, although I'm quite taken with the ones with the open dial (I know not all agree).

My purchase is a long way off though biggrin
