Just picked this up from the PO, my new to me SBDX001 Marine Master.

I've missed having a chunky all steel diver, this fits the bill very nicely indeed. Going to get a lot of wearing, this one.

Did you sell the UX then?

Always fancied trying an MM300 but have never done so. I should do really as they are easy to move on if it needs to be flipped.

Nah, still got the UX, though reading back my post I could have phrased what I'd said a little clearer. Since selling my SKX009 and my Monster I've hankered after another polished/brushed steel diver, I just really like the look of them and I love the weighty feel on the wrist of a heavy watch head on a bracelet, something I got from the Monster in particular. Now I could have got a bracelet for my UX (I bought it with a black Toshi and also have a Sinn rubber with deployant and a couple of GasGasBones straps) but I still wouldn't have that steel look, I'd considered getting another Monster but when this 2yo MM300 popped up at a reasonable price I thought I'd get an upgrade biggrin I'm very taken with it, it fits perfectly around my wrist and sits really well, has the exact look, weight and quality feel that I was looking for and the only concern I had beforehand - having 20mm lugs on a large case - has proven to be a non-issue. We'll see in time if the UX becomes surplus to requirements, I wouldn't want to let it go though.

Give one a try if you can, going by some threads on TZ people either "get" them or they don't, but as you've already said there's very little risk.

New arrival.
Well chuffed - wife brought it out, took it out of suitcase its on UK time went to balcony and it automatically changed to local within 30secs. Brilliant.

Stunning watch there. Did that replace the Sea-Dweller?

You would indeed say that, but we recognise greatness...

Unlike the SD, this is a perfect size too at 42mm.
