Best place to service/ battery change for Omega ?

I have a quartz omega seamaster my first decent watch ! Have bought a de ville 4 counters since also. The second hand is moving in 15 second intervals but keeping good time . It's 4 years old and am guessing / hoping it's the battery ?? Advice please .
