That's only 2 clear working days. What was the quoted delivery time?

eta: "When will you ship my order?
We normally ship your watch within 1-3 days after you have successfully placed your order. For CreationWatches.com to ship your watch order as fast and hassle-free as possible, make sure you provide us with your preferred complete shipping address together with a phone number where you can be contacted. This is to ensure that you can be contacted by FedEx or your local post office in case you are unreachable.
If your delivery status shows a delay of more than 5 business days, we will attempt to contact you.

How can I know whether my watch has been shipped?
Once we ship your order, we will send you an email confirming shipment together with a Registered parcel reference number or a FedEx tracking number that you can use to check the status of your package online. You can also check the status of your order here: Order Status"

Have you had an email to say it's been shipped?

It is coming from Singapore and unless you ordered it very early on Wednesday they won't have processed it until Thursday.

Don't panic.

Indeed - allow a couple of weeks at least!

My watch from Hong Kong took about 15 days.

M.

PS Oh, and be prepared for the VAT bill and £8 RMG charge - You might get lucky, but there's no guarantee.

There's an excellent chance your watch will slip through.

Have used them 4 times never had an issue and for three watches they slid through the system as horological instruments I guess the VAT man doesn't have a dictionary biglaugh

My last purchase a limited edition Monster was shipped from their Japan or Hong Kong shop can't remember which and I got snagged for the VAT so some you win some you lose but no complaints.

Likewise. I have also had full sight of the (very accurate) tracking on each, it's quite amusing to watch it coming in to land on your doorstep.

Bare in mind that there's a time difference between here and there, your email (if sent when you posted here) would have been out of office hours and your FB message would be during the night.

Was the package tampered with or was everything looking good until the outer package was opened? Sounds very odd TBH.
