So notified MasterCard and face booked them...
Bare in mind that there's a time difference between here and there, your email (if sent when you posted here) would have been out of office hours and your FB message would be during the night.

Was the package tampered with or was everything looking good until the outer package was opened? Sounds very odd TBH.
Yes, it all seems a bit hasty to me, give them a chance to respond during one for their weekdays.

Cool. I could see of the 3 tapings 2 had been cut with a knife. Even the citizen box and inners are damaged and going moldy

So the courier could be to blame then, no? I'd be challenging them as well.

Try as I might I really can't imagine creation as being the bad guy in this, though you never know. Fingers crossed for a positive resolution for you.

Did you sign for it and did you mark damaged or opened on the receipt?

I'd be taking it up with DHL.

Yep, that's how all of mine have been. Sorry to hear about OP's problems. Sounds like package has been rifled en-route.

So nothing since they have chased Dhl.

Won't use them again

Received my second watch from Creation this week and all was well. Can't argue with lack of a branded box as it was almost half uk price and the packaging was all good. Never had a problem first time round either.

I have, however, had plenty of problems with DHL, fed-ex, ups et al.... unfortunately there's not much choice when the seller stipulates the courier.

I think you have just been unlucky OP frown

I got a package a couple of weeks ago delivered by Parcelforce, originally given to DHL in Germany, which had clear signs of being tampered with. I was actually surprised that the Rolex (non date sub) within was still there.
Matching numbers? Not replaced with a fake?

I've received my order from Creation watches this morning and have emailed them instantly.
Instruction booklet is a photocopied sheet and is the English section. The day wheel of the watch is a combination of squiggles and dots that I'm not familiar with !

Very poor that no one had spotted this before sending. We'll await the reply.

Click your day wheel forward a notch to get the English days. That's Arabic smile

It's very simple to switch it over to English and should be on the instructions.
