Having said that several weeks ago I changed mine to Russian,nowt wrong with taking precautions.

So DHL (creations carrier) are crap. They and creation are adamant post office (p58 form) is the way forward (they got that wrong and i had to find correct form (not cn22 or cn24 as they say)).
Im clearly not getting anywhere with DHL or creation. I have tried P58 claim form and post office rejected each time.
What else shall i try? Mastercard?
