Anyone got an Accurist vintage1946 reissue?

I spotted one of these on my hols and I thought it looked stunning! I loved the domed glass and retro looks, especially on the NATO style strap. Not bad for £50!

Does anyone have one? What is the finish/weight like?

Or are they just another cheap nasty quartz with gimmicky glass?

For 50 notes I don't think you could go too wrong with one of those, and a British brand to boot. They're a reputable brand at that price point so if you like it go for it, or look up Hamilton's Intra Matic for a (more expensive) auto equivalent

Don't worry about the weight of it, I doubt it'll weigh much at all seeing as it's on a fabric strap, doesn't necessarily mean it's rubbish though.

I'm umming and ahhing about getting one. Shame I can't find one to look at in person but they're doing them for 42 at the watch hut....
