I purchased a TAG Carrera in April 2012. Last night, as I went to give it a wind, I realised the whole winder had become separated from the internals so just turns freely.

I'll be calling the local dealer today to find out what can be done. In the meantime, before I find my documents, can anyone tell me if this is still under warranty as it's now just over 2 years old.

Thanks!

And I apologise for having so little taste that I have a TAG wink

Tag warranty is 2 years, IIRC, so unlikely. Worth a shot, but don't hold your breath.

Cheers. Just had that confirmed by the dealer. They are going to send it in for a full service and fix and see if we can get some goodwill from TAG!

Breath not held!

lol yeah, good luck with that.

have just bought my 5th Tag, and trust me, Tag themselves will never see this watch again.

Last (some may say "unnecessary) service took them 7 weeks to complete and cost £215.

Local specialist will be taking much better care of this one.
