I'm starting to look for a watch for my 40th birthday, and was seeing if any of the collective can throw up some watches I hadn't considered.

Looking for a sports watch, steel or titanium, on a bracelet, i've seen a couple of older breitlings with arabic numerals that i like, but none of the new ones have the same, so leaning more towards that style of face.

Bring on your suggestions please

OP, out of interest, if you like the style of those two, what's stopping you getting one of them? Does it have to be new?

Budget is probably 3-4k

I'm probably going to get new, I don't know enough to spot a fake on ebay etc.

I'll be in the bahamas and usa soon, and some good deals to be had it looks like, John Bull in nassau quoted me £2100 for a seawolf avenger II, list here is £3200.

I had a look in goldsmiths today and that has put me off the seawolf, it is far too deep and chunky. I did like the superocean 44 though.
