Longines Hydroconquest- relume/service recommendations?

I've had a quartz (sorry!) HC diver for a few years and with its battery having run down I thought rather than just get it replaced I would use it as an opportunity to get a few things that niggle me sorted, namely changing the polished centre links to being brushed and getting it relumed as the lume is shockingly bad- alongside a new battery and a general spruce up- could anyone recommend someone who would be able to do this sort of work?
