I own a Raymond Weil dress watch which is simple and elegant in design. It gets used when I have a formal function. Good watches although some of the watch snob brigade don't rate them that highly. I love the Freelancer and Nabuko. They don't hold their value too well so they don't make a good investment but if you're planning to own and enjoy, they're a nice watch.
My Raymond Weil Freelancer is what started my passion for watches. It's in an incredibly well built watch and the bracelet is a work of art. It is by far the best bracelet I have come across on a watch. Much better than my Rolex, Tudor & Tag Bracelets. There is a lot more effort into the presentation of the watch over brand's which are considered superior. Like has been said, try and buy second hand if you can or you can sometimes get some excellent deals in the Christmas sales. What Freelancer is it that you like?

Easty - it is very similar to that, lovely looking thing. Was considering a Tag but they don't do anything of a siimilar kind of style for the same price. How do you find the auto on it?
It really is a lovely, lovely watch. Nicer in person than my pictures can portrait. The movement is very good. Keeps excellent time and holds a good power reserve. Unfortunately mine sees very very little wrist time these days. To that end, I may be interested in selling it if you are at all interested?
